It was clean, smelled clean and Dr. Masías was organized. Our dog had to have surgery for an aural hematoma under a general anesthetic, and Dr. Masías detailed the procedure (including drawing pictures of it) to my daughter and I. The surgery didn't take long and she is home recovering nicely. Below is Katy and her poodle. Katy says she thinks highly of Dr. Masías, and has been coming to him for five years. She brings her dog to see him twice a day for insulin shots. She says he is "not out for just the money", but loves his work.

Below are photos of the 'PET HOUSE' pet shop. It is the store front for Dr. Masías vet practice. The store owner was not in this day, but when he is in he speaks decent English if you need help while at the vet.

The store carries a wide selection of medications and other health care products for your needs. There is also a very nice selection of bedding, toys, combs, brushes, leashes, etc for your pets.

Animal Planet is owned and operated by Mr. and Mrs. Alax Wong. His wife's name is Marlene and unfortunately she was not in the day I took photos. They are very knowledgeable people, so if you have questions all you need do is ask. I frequent this pet shop as they usually have what I am looking for that I cannot find elsewhere. I try to find what I need closer to where I live, but if I can't find it this place usually has it. And they have a wide variety, and nice selection, of products.

The vet area is located up stairs next to the dog and cat 'beauty shop'. They were grooming a dog the day i was there, so could not get photos. But the vet exam and surgey rooms were very clean and tidy. They have a machine that will make a name tag for your cat or dog while you wait, and they also do the pet ID chip if you are interested in those. Their employees have worked there a long time, and are also very knowledgeable.
