Update: May 2010 I was able to go back to the Rehabilitation Center, but was not able to get inside photos as the place was too full with patients. The following services are provided as stated before. Pediatric Gymnasium Adult Gymnasium Consultations Podiatry Traditional Herbal Medicine Occupational Therapy Speech Therapy, Adults and Children Cervical-Lumbar Traction Hydrotherapy Heat Therapy Massage They provide 'public' services, which means they are free. And a doctors referral is not needed.		I was unable to get information regarding the Diagnostic Center and it's exact purpose. And I do not know how it is connected with the Rehab Center. I did get to see some of the rooms and found that the equipment, such as the hydrotherapy units looked like they were fairly new. Also, that the inside of the facility seemed in good repair, with clean and painted walls. We were told by the Speech Therapist that all new patients need to come to her for an evaluation and she will place them according to their need. The downside to this facility is that there are so many patients to be seen, as well as the fact that it is located in a very dangerous part of Porlamar called Los Cocos. And there is no one who speaks English. If you need to go there it's near Clinica Maneiro down the street. That address is: Maneiro St and Monagas St, Sector Cruz de la Mision
