This health food store, like most others, carries items such as sea salt, dried herbs, elixers made from herbs, specialty soaps, as well as skin creams and ointments. They do have a small cooler to carry items like brown rice, oats and sesame, but I'm not sure what all they carry that requires being kept cool, so you'll have to ask. And they carry whey protein powder if you need that. In this little mall there is a bank, a very large, nice furniture store, a coffee and pastry shop (or panadería as they are called here), a beauty shop, a travel agency, and numerous other little shops, which sell . It's not in the best part of town, but does offer convenience if you have to go to Centro anyway.

This health food store is just around the corner from the shop above. Tropical Music is on the corner between the two store, so you can't miss either of them. They carry supplements in capsule, elixer and dried herb form. They also carry whey protein, sea salt, cooler items such as brown rice, oats, sesame and fllax seeds. They have the usual munchy items such as sesame cakes, honey-ginger chews, cacao bricks, and  health food cookies, just to name a few.

I have frequented this healthfood store since moving here. It is air-conditioned, clean and the store owner and employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They are familiar with all the products, and their uses, so if you don't know which one you need for your ailment just ask them for help. You will need a translator. I hope to have more photos once I contact the owner.
